IFB No. 121846 Overhead Crane Maintenance, Testing, and Certification, Joint Forces Training Base

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to perform inspections, maintenance, annual testing, certifications, and quadrennial load testing for seven overhead cranes. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Analyst listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 121846, Overhead Crane Maintenance, Testing, and Certification and Contractor Business Name.

The prime contractor MUST possess a type D-21 Machinery and Pumps license.

All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Joy Lubic at Joy.Lubic@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 3/24/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 121846.

If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Submission Deadline. The bid opening will be held on 04/01/2026 at 2:15 PM.
