IFB No. 128815 Multi-Site Fan Installation Project, Multiple Locations: Burbank, Ventura, Inglewood, and Manhattan Beach

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes,
transportation, and fees to furnish and install new Destratification Fan Systems in the drill floor areas. All work
shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid
submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Analyst listed in this IFB
as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 128815, Multi-Site Fan Installation Project and
Contractor Business Name.
Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk 5/21/2026, at 10:00 AM at the Ventura Armory.
1270 Arundell Avenue, Ventura, CA 93003. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to
arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting
a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not

The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-20 - Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning
Contractor license.

If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Submission Deadline. The bid opening will be held
