Scope of Work for the Lower Atkinson Common Multi-sport Court Project includes but is not limited to: demolition of the existing court, site preparation, installation of erosion controls, earthwork, installation of 2 basketball goals (post, backboard & footing), installation of approximately 1,050 sf of base material to extend the existing court, installation of approximately 50'x 93' asphalt paving (4" thick), installation of plexipave resilient court surfacing, painting the entire court surface using two coat full acrylic playing surface, painting one set of basketball lines and three sets of pickleball lines with acrylic textured line paint (standard colors to be determined), loaming and seeding all disturbed areas, and any potential add alternates as listed.
