IFB No. 125977 Landscaping Cleanup - Gardena Armory

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to Landscape clean-up at the Gardena Armory. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov. Subject line must include the IFB No. 125997, Landscape Clean-up and Contractor Business Name.

Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 2/24/2026, at 11:00 AM at Gardena Armory, 2100 W 154th Street, Gardena, CA 90249. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Robert Hawkins at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov.

The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-27 - Landscaping Contractor license.

All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Robert Hawkins at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 3/3/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 125997.

If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Submission Deadline. The bid opening will be held on 3/17/2026 at 2:15 PM.
