IFB No. 126454 Elevator Preventative Maintenance and Certification, Hammer Field Armory

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to perform five (5) years of monthly Elevator/Conveyance full maintenance service as outlined in the scope of work. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Analyst listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 126454, Elevator Preventative Maintenance and Certification and Contractor Business Name.

Prospective bidders may request an optional pre-bid job walk at Hammer Field Armory, 5575 E Airways Blvd., Fresno, CA 93727 by contacting CPT Max Montellano at (559) 545-5136. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards.

The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-11 - Elevator Contractor license.

All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Joy Lubic at Joy.Lubic@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 4/7/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 126454.

If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Submission Deadline. The bid opening will be held on 4/16/2026 at 2:15 PM.
