IFB No. 125453 Door Removal and Replacement, San Francisco Armory *DVBE Only*

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to remove and replace six (6) exterior heavy metal doors at the San Francisco Armory in accordance with the specifications found in the Scope of Work All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov. Subject line must include the IFB No. 125453, Door Removal and Replacement and Contractor Business Name.

Prospective bidders can attend the optional pre-bid job walk on 2/5/2026, at 10:00 AM at San Francisco Armory, 100 Armory Drive, San Francisco, CA 94132. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Jordan Bernal at Jordan.Bernal@cmd.ca.gov.

The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor license.

All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Jordan Bernal at Jordan.Bernal@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 2/12/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 125453.

If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on 2/26/2026 at 2:15 PM.
