IFB No. 127670 Bakersfield Roll-up Door Repairs, Bakersfield Gateway Armory

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to restore full functionality to the malfunctioning roll-up door system by repairing both the motor and the manual override mechanism. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Analyst listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 127670, Bakersfield Roll-up Door Repairs and Contractor Business Name.

The prime contractor MUST possess a type D-28 - Doors, Gates and Activating Devices license.

All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Joy Lubic at Joy.Lubic@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 4/28/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 127670.

If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Submission Deadline. The bid opening will be held on 4/30/2026 at 2:15 PM.
