ADDENDUM NO.1
ASPHALT OVERLAY 2024
For Which Bids will be Opened at The Pueblo County Department of Engineering and
Public Works Office, By 2:00 p.m., on Thursday the 18th day of April 2024.
Following are changes to the Contract Specifications and Plans to be incorporated in the above-
referenced Project. All other provisions and requirements are as originally set forth, remain in
full force and are binding.
1. This modifies bid item 403-33742 HMA Grading SX (75) (PG 64-28) to include the rPE
plastics and compatibilizer per the technical specification (HMA Special). The BID TAB
has been modified to reflect this change.
This Addendum No. 1 to the above project shall become part of the Contract Documents and
shall be binding in all respects. The bidder shall permanently affix this Addendum No. 1 to the
Contract Documents and Specifications so it will be turned in with the bid. Bid proposals turned
in not containing this Addendum are subject to immediate disqualification.
