1411876446 (IFB) NGS N00 Material Handling and ByProducts Building

JEA is seeking services to design, furnish, and install one (1) pre-engineered rigid frame metal building on a concrete slab with interior partitions and specified building systems at the Northside Generating Station (NGS), located in Jacksonville, Florida to accommodate Material Handling and By Products personnel.

The building will be approximately 75 feet wide x 80 feet long with locker rooms, restrooms, showers, laundry rooms, managers offices, crew lead offices, open areas for meals and breaks, conference room, computer lab, and kitchen. The building will be a pre-engineered steel framed structure with its own HVAC system, Fire sprinkler system, and dedicated entrances through mud rooms to aid in housekeeping.
