Description
The purpose of this solicitation for NGS N03B CCW Heat Exchanger Plate Pack Replacement (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide refurbishment of 3A HX plates and re-gasket for installation into 3B HX on unit N03 at NGS during October 2026 outage as well as testing and startup support as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
A more detailed description of the Work is provided in the Technical Specifications included as an Exhibit to this Solicitation.
