Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing New Design Water Treatment Plant Lagoon Residual Removal and Disposal . Please refer to IFB #25-757 when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on July 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST .  Register with the buyer, Laura Schug, at LSchug@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 631 423 961# and you will be conferenced in.

Site Visit: A Site Visit will be held on July 23, 2025 , at 10:00 AM at New Design Water Treatment Plant located at 850 New Design Road, Tuscarora, Maryland  21790.

Due Date:  August 21, 2025, by 2:00 PM EST Bids shall be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. Bids will be opened via Conference Call – Dial 866-818-0460, Participant Login:  7070570#.
