Project Description:
St. Louis County is soliciting bids for the demolition of derelict properties. Properties are grouped into bundles, and separate bids will be accepted for each bundle. This solicitation is published in conjunction with Bid #2137. Although these are separate bids, potential bidders may submit proposals for both bundles; however, each bid must be submitted independently. A joint Pre-Bid Meeting will be held covering both bundles.
