IFB - Multi-provider On-Call, and As-Needed Title and Escrow Services in Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, Solano, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Sonoma Counties

This is a multi-provider on-call and as-needed service request-based Agreement for Title and Escrow Services for the acquisition of properties needed to accommodate future State highway facilities in Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, Solano, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Sonoma Counties. Bidder must be a title and escrow company regulated by the California Department of Insurance.
