This is a multi-provider service Agreement for the positive location of underground utility facilities. This multi-provider Agreement authorizes up to two (2) Contractors to provide the services for this Agreement. The services shall be performed on an on-call and as-needed basis as requested by Caltrans Contract Manager through the issuance of Service Requests within the designated areas.
