IFB # 25-003 MULLIS STREET PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT

The City of Fairburn will accept sealed bids from qualified Contractors for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the MULLIS STREET PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT #25-003. The scope is installation of a 5-foot concrete sidewalk with a 2-foot beauty strip along Mullis Street, from West Campbellton Street to Dodd Street, and from Dodd Street to Strickland Street. The project also entails the installation of pedestrian improvements on a section of Dodd Street, from Mullis Street to W. Broad Street. The scope of Add Alternate #1 consists of the installation of pedestrian lighting. All work must be completed within ninety (90) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed with Construction (NTP).

Bids will be received at the City of Fairburn City Administration Building, 314 NW Broad Street, Fairburn, Georgia 30213 (phone: 770-964-2244) until 2:00pm, Friday, April 11th, 2025, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. However, the bid opening will not be done in person, it will be done via teleconference. The call-in number is: +1 (605) 475-4022. The Access Code is: 507-837. No bid may be modified, withdrawn, or canceled for a period of 60 days after the time designated for receipt of Bids or until notified by Owner, whichever is sooner. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities, technicalities, and informalities.
