Notice- Invitation for Bids- Relocation of modular classrooms
The Town of North Andover is soliciting bids from experienced contractors to relocate four
existing modular classroom units from the Kittredge School to the Franklin School. The Project
also involves the construction of a connector addition linking the existing Franklin School building
to the relocated modular classrooms, as well as the installation of new foundations to support the
units. Work includes, but is not limited to, site preparation activities such as earthwork, grading,
and drainage, along with concrete work to accommodate building access and site circulation. The

certificate in General Construction required.
A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for May 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Kittredge Elementary
School, 601 Main Street, North Andover, MA. All proposals must be received by 2:00PM on
June 10, 2026 to be considered. Sub bid categories are HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing. All sub
bids are due 5/27/26 at 2:00PM.
