Project Description: This work provides for the construction of a modular wall system or other small emergency projects in locations throughout the County of Allegheny to replace an existing wall, or stabilize a failing slope or storm sewers. The assigned work may result from emergency conditions, structure failure or slope failure.
The nature of the work is on an as-needed basis.
