Overview

Summary

The City of Richmond, Virginia (the "City"), on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities ("DPU"), seeks bids from qualified firms for general construction services related to the demolition of certain buildings (the "Project"). The Project will entail demolishing existing structures (including buildings, pavement, electrical lines, tree removal) and performing site restoration measures (collectively the "Work).
