The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain bids to supply and install outdoor furniture and drink rails at specified locations within the Lynchburg Hillcats Baseball Stadium located at 3180 Fort Ave, Lynchburg, VA 24501. No substitutions to the items specified will be allowed unless an item is no longer in stock or has a lead time exceeding six months. If this is found to be the case for any item, a substitution request must be received two weeks prior to bid deadline for approval.
