Description
The purpose of this solicitation for (insert project title) (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide the replacement of 2,400 feet of 24” DIP force main with new main via open cut and directional drill as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
