PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Kitsap County Facilities Maintenance (the County) is seeking bids from qualified
contractors to demolish and dispose of all materials located at 612 Sidney Ave, 802
Sidney Ave, 808 Sidney Ave, 810 Sidney Ave, 816 Sidney Ave, 803 Cline Ave, and
807 Cline Ave.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to demolish and dispose
of the existing house and all other structures/improvements located on-site. This work
shall also include removal of all foundations, concrete driveways/pathways, clean-outs,
fencing, utility valves and meters, mailboxes, trees and vegetation inside the properties
shall be removed to grade and disposed of, and walls inside the properties shall be
removed. The Contractor shall be responsible for hauling away all materials/debris
associated with the demolition, restoring the property to grade with dirt, and installing,
maintaining and removing erosion and water pollution control measures as required by
the permit(s). All utilities have been disconnected but meters shall be removed, and
water/sewer services shall be capped at the right of way line.

Two-story single-family residence, and outbuilding, was originally built in 1900 and
is approximately 1,524 square feet, with approximately a 7,405 sq. ft. lot.
Foundation, concrete pathways/driveways, and retaining walls will need to be
removed and holes filled to grade.

Ground will need to be leveled and compacted to Facilities Maintenance
specifications.

approximately a 5,663 sq. ft. lot.
