The purpose of this solicitation is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide industrial cleaning services. The vendor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, consumables, and subcontracts necessary for industrial cleaning services at JEA electric generating facilities.

Services shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
• Wet & Dry Vacuuming Services
• Hydroblasting & Ultra High Pressure (UHP) Cleaning Services
• Chemical Cleaning Services (pricing will be requested on a per project basis).
• High Volume Pump Services
• Fugitive Dust Control Services
