Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, tools, travel, and incidentals necessary to perform janitorial service, graffiti removal, grounds maintenance, water system monitoring, landscape services, and operation and maintenance of the recycle program for aluminum cans, glass, and plastic bottles to Caltrans.

Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and DIR Janitorial Services Registration.
