IFB Interior Painting of Vacant & Occupied Units 2025-26

The Gloucester Housing Authority (the Awarding Authority) invites sealed bids from contractors for the Interior Painting of Vacant & Occupied Units for 2025-26 in accordance with the documents prepared by Gloucester Housing Authority

The Project consists of: Interior painting of approximately sixty (60) vacant units and twelve (12) occupied at all GHA developments for one (1) year.

The work is estimated to cost $29,000 including any and all extensions.

Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 sec.44A(2)(B) and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive and Davis-Bacon, whichever is greater.

Sealed general bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., May 22, 2025 and publicly opened, forthwith.

Mailed Bids should be sent to LHA Address, P.O. Box 1599, Gloucester, MA 01931-1599 and received no later than the date and time specified above. Bids may be hand delivered to 259 Washington St., Gloucester MA 01930.

There will be an informational meeting on the bid at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 15, 2025 at 259 Washington Street, Gloucester, MA.
