IFB # 2362-02 Intercom Replacement at Six Elderly Developments

The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) invites sealed bids for Intercom Replacement at Six Elderly Developments, BHA Job # 2362-02.  The work is estimated at $90,000.00.  Bids will be received and publicly opened at the BHA's Procurement Department, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th floor, Boston, MA, 02111.  If bidders are to hand-deliver bids, please drop off bids at the Bids/Proposals Drop-Off Box in the lobby of 56 Chauncy Street or follow signage there due to ongoing construction.

Bids not received by the following times will be rejected:

The general bid must include: a 5% bid deposit by a bid bond, cash, certified, treasurer’s, or cashier's check.  The successful bidder must furnish 50% Payment Bonds.  All bids are subject to MGL c. 30, sec. 39M.  Wages are subject to minimum wage rates set by the US Department of Labor.  All general bidders must follow the BHA's Minority and Women Participation Provision and Resident Employment Provision.
