Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Intercom Paging System Installations, Maintenance and Repair. Please refer to IFB #25-564 when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on April 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST. Register with the buyer, Laura Schug, at LSchug@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link.  Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 274 806 255# and you will be conferenced in.

Due Date:  April 24, 2025, by 2:00 PM EST.  Bids shall be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. Bids will be opened via Conference Call.  Dial 1-866-818-0460, Participant Login 7070570# and you will be conferenced in.
