The purpose of this solicitation for Installation of New Resinous Flooring at Springfield Chilled Water Plant (this Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide services for the removal of existing flooring and installation of new resinous flooring as described in this Solicitation (the "Work"), and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
