IFB - HVAC Rooftop Units - South Jordan Community Center

Project Description: The City of South Jordan is anticipating the need to replace six HVAC units on the roof of the Community Center at 10778 S. Redwood Road, South Jordan, Utah. One is more urgent than the other five.
South Jordan City plans to remove an existing 20-ton York gas/electric packaged HVAC rooftop unit and replace it with a new 20 ton gas/electric packaged rooftop unit. The new HVAC rooftop unit must have smoke fire sensors, hail guard on condenser coil, economizer, hinged service door, installed filter racks, and cold weather cooling ability. Preferred brands are ICP, Carrier, Tempstar, Day & Night, or Rheem.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Monday, July 7, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. at the South Jordan Community Center located at 10778 South Redwood Road to view the existing units, discuss specifications, and answer questions. Failure to attend or have a representative attend will result in any bid submitted being disqualified.
All Bids must be submitted electronically by 3:00 p.m. MDT on Monday, July 14, 2025 through Bonfire, the State of Utah procurement website. Any bids received by mail, fax, email, or any other method will not be considered. It is the responsibility of potential bidders to ensure their bids and any supporting documentation is uploaded and submitted via Bonfire by the due date.
