TOEPFERT APARTMENTS SECURITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
HOLYOKE HOUSING AUTHORITY HOLYOKE, MASSACHUSETTS ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Holyoke Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from
Contractors for the “Toepfert Apartments Security Improvements Project” in accordance
with documents prepared by Tighe & Bond, Inc., 53 Southampton Road, Westfield, MA 01085.
This project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid). All bids shall be submitted
online at www.Projectdog.com. Hard copy bids will not be accepted by the Awarding Authority.

Bidding Documents may be obtained electronically from the Tighe & Bond

General Bids shall be filed online via Projectdog by Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 2:00 pm local time.
Bids shall be on a lump sum basis with unit price bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The work
consists of providing exterior network enclosures and associated electrical power and
conduit infrastructure for future security cameras. Bid add alternates are also included in this
project for the replacement of existing light poles and light fixtures.
The estimated cost of construction for this project is $220,000.
