The purpose of this solicitation for High Performance Coating Project for Community Hall Water Treatment Plant this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide services for the preparation and repainting of the exteriors, and sealing of aerators for two (2) Ground Storage Tanks (GST) as described in this Solicitation (the "Work"), and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
