Description:

Amesbury through its Department of Public Works is seeking sealed lump sum bids for annual hay cutting, seeding and placement of the soil amendment at the City-owned 22.5-acre Battis Farm on South Hampton Road.

Hay is harvested twice annually, spring, and late summer. Haying needs to be completed by mid-May. The cutting and haying window then opens again in mid-August. All hay produced is the property of the vendor awarded the contract.
