Solicitation Description:

Williamson County is seeking a Lessee to rent the SURFACE ONLY, excluding mineral

rights, of approximately 11.7 acres at Berry Springs Park and Preserve to grow, cut and

bale hay in exchange for rent and up to 12 bales per year. Typically, there at least two

(2) but frequently three (3) cuttings per year. Each cutting can yield up to 50 bales

based on previous years’ experience. Staff will work with the Lessee if yields are

significantly less than usual
