The LOWELL HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Site Improvements at State Aided Development: Hale Street (667- C4) in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by ALLEN & MAJOR ASSOCIATES, INC.
