The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor for the provision of all Work and Materials for the construction of new turn lanes, ADA improvements, and signals at the following Intersections: Jefferson Avenue and Brick Kiln Blvd / Walmart Way; Jefferson Avenue and Habersham Drive; and Habersham Drive and Chatham Drive, in accordance with this specifications of this IFB.
