On behalf of the City of Atlanta, the Department of Watershed Management (DWM) seeks a candidate to provide on-call commercial diving services to support emergency response, infrastructure inspections, maintenance, repairs, confined-space diving, and deep tunnel operations across the City¿s wastewater and drinking water systems. The City must maintain continuous operational readiness to respond to submerged hazards, equipment failures, contamination events, and regulatory compliance requirements.
