IFB #245-25-15 GRTC Pavement Remediation Plan

This project will restore and improve the pavement conditions in designated GRTC parking areas to ensure durability, safety, and compliance with operational standards.

GRTC is seeking bids for the construction GRTC Pavement Reclamation Plan, as described in Volume II, Attachment A GRTC Parking Lot Remediation Plan, to this solicitation.

There will be a pre-bid meeting on December 10, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at GRTC Headquarters located at 301 East Belt Blvd, Richmond, VA 23224, 3rd. Floor Conference Room. There will be a site visit immediately following the pre-bid meeting of the Headquarters. The pre-bid meeting is not mandatory, but attendance is highly encouraged. b) Please note that in order to attend the site visit, interested parties must wear safety glasses, a reflective vest, boots and hard hat. GRTC will not provide any of this personal protective equipment. Individuals will not be allowed onto the site without this equipment.
