Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, parts, permits, supplies, and
travel necessary to perform annual inspections, preventive maintenance service, routine,
and non-routine repair for diesel, unleaded and E85 fuel tanks to Caltrans.
Bidder shall have at time of bid submittal, continually thereafter, and for the duration of the
Agreement, a current and valid Class A General Engineering Contractor license issued license
issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB) or a Maintenance Contractor
and Internal Code Council (ICC) Certificate issued by the International Code Council for the type
of work to be performed.
Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal, continuously thereafter, and for the duration of the
Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
Caltrans will verify bidder¿s DIR registration; it is not necessary to provide a copy.
