- Summary:Sealed Bids for the construction of the Franklin & Wades / Franklin & First Intersection Improvements will be received, by the Town of Christiansburg at the office of the Procurement Officer at 100 East Main Street, Christiansburg, VA 24073, until 2:00pm local time on March 5, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of asphalt mill and overlay, full depth asphalt paving, curb and gutter, sidewalk and curb ramp, storm drainage, retaining walls, traffic and pedestrian signals, pavement markings and signing, permanent stabilization, and associated appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis.
