SCOPE: Inaccordance with the provisions of Texas Government Code §2156.063, Solicitationof Bids, Texas Government Code §2165.001, Custodianship of State Property andthe Rules and Procedures adopted by the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC),TFC is seeking bids to resurface theathletic facility’s track, longjump areas, 100 meter dash track and two small areas within the track atthe Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired, located at 1100 W 45 ^th St, Austin, Texas 78756.

CONTRACT TERM : Field will beavailable beginning June 3 ^rd for resurfacing. Services areanticipated to be completed by July 31 ^st .

JOBSITEWALKTHROUGH : Attendance at one(1) of the two (2) scheduled jobsite walkthroughs is mandatory. The Contractor is responsible for all field measurementsand quantity take offs for all materials required and to be furnished for thecomplete installation. Only those Respondents whose names and represented firmare on the jobsite walkthrough sign-in sheet shall be allowed to submit aresponse . Jobsite walkthrough attendees will be met bya TFC representative and escorted to the jobsite. For parking instructions, seeAttachment F – Campus Map. Please do not be late.

The mandatory jobsite walkthroughs are scheduled for Wednesday December 11 ^th 2024and Thursday December 12 ^th 2024 .
