IFB for Fortified Roofing Services

INVITATION FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that the Housing Authority of the County
of Little River, Arkansas, will accept sealed bids from qualified and certified FORTIFIED Roofing Contractors to replace roofs on 77 apartment buildings in Foreman and Ashdown, Arkansas. The Housing Authority of the County of Little River, Arkansas will receive sealed bids starting Monday, April 13, 2026.
The Housing Authority of the County of Little River, Arkansas
will receive sealed bids until: 10:00 A.M. on May 14, 2026, at the Housing Authority Administrative office located at 215 North Madden St., Foreman, Arkansas 71836. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. At that time and place, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
FORTIFIED Roofing Contractors may secure copies of the proposed Contract Documents (at no charge).
Bid documents (Plans and Specifications Bid documents) will be sent out electronically. FORTIFIED Roofing contractors may request bid documents by email to: driley@littleriverhousing.org
All bids must be submitted on forms furnished in the Contract
Documents or by the PHA (Public Housing Authority), submitted in
a sealed envelope plainly marked to show the name and address of
the bidder, contract job number, date & time of bid opening and clearly labeled “IFB for Fortified Roofing Services”. This is in accordance with Arkansas State Statute 71-701 et seq. A list of HUD required forms and submission documents are included in the bid packet.
Performance and Payment Bond, in the full amount of the contract
will be required for contract security. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified responsive bidder except that the Owner reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any and all bids. Bidder will be required to comply with all public bid laws of the State of Arkansas. Small, Minority-Owned, Women-Owned, and Section 3 businesses are encouraged to submit bids.
