The Housing Authority of the City of Providence (“ PHA ”) Rhode Island is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the ADMIRAL TERRACE LEAD-BASED PAINT ABATEMENT project located in Providence, RI. The work encompassed under this project involves the complete abatement and paint stabilization of all interior (if any) and exterior lead-based painted building components on all residential buildings located at the Admiral Terrace Housing Development. Detailed information regarding the work encompassed under this project is provided in the Scope of Work (Appendix C) section of this Invitation for Bids. The work is to be completed as outlined in this IFB, Scope of Work and LBP’s Specifications document (Appendix C), and as amended, if needed.
