Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 25 West St, Leominster, MA 01453, until 11:30 AM, May 15, 2025, and at that time and place will be opened and recorded. Specifications for the above proposal required by the Leominster School Department may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 25 West Street, Leominster MA 01453, or the website at www.leominster-ma.gov on the "active bids" page under the Purchasing page, or by calling 978-962-3537.

The Pre-bid meeting details will be addressed in the bid documents.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to accept proposals in the best interest of the City.
