FIRE EXTINGUISHERS AND FIRE SUPPRESSION INSPECTION, TESTING AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAM, CITY OF ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND

The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Bids for inspection, maintenance and testing of fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems until 2:00 a.m./p.m., local time, Friday, May 29, 2026. Bids shall be delivered or emailed to the Central Purchasing Office, 25 Shaw Street 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401, For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. . Late submittals shall not be accepted under any circumstances.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, fire protection equipment inspections, testing and maintenance for the City of Annapolis, Maryland facilities and vehicles.

The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all Bid, to waive informalities as deemed appropriate by the City, to award multiple contracts, and to select the Bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
