The City of Leominster invites Contractors to submit bids for the Fall Brook Elementary School Project EARLY SITE PACKAGE, in accordance with the documents prepared by MDS Architects, dated May 27, 2026, and all addenda.

The Project Work has a total estimated maximum construction cost of $1,412,195.

Bids must conform to the requirements set forth in the IFB. The complete IFB including directions will be available beginning at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at www.projectdog.com , project code #874612.

Bids must be submitted at or before 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 11, 2026. Bids shall be submitted electronically though www.projectdog.com ; all responders must create a Guest User Account (free) to acquire documents and submit a bid; tutorials and instructions are available online at Projectdog.com .

A Pre-Bid Information Session and Site Walk will be held day, June 2, 2026, at 09:00AM at 25 DeCicco Drive, Leominster, MA, 01453; meet at the flagpole outside the existing Fall Brook Elementary School main entrance.

Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws (Ter. Ed.), Chapter 30, Section 39M, as amended, and all applicable statutes.

Minimum wage rates have been established for the project by the Commissioner of Labor and Industries for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as set forth in the Bid Documents in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 149, Sections 26–27D.

The Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office (SDO) has set the following minority-owned (MBE), women-owned (WBE), and veteran-owned/service-disabled veteran-owned (VBE/SDVOBE) business participation goals for the project:

- MBE: 6.8%

- WBE: 9.0%

- VBE/SDVOBE: 3.0%

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts sets workforce participation goals for minorities and women in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 149, Sections 44A(2)(G). The workforce participation goals are 15.3% for minority workers and 6.9% for women workers.

Any unauthorized communication or contact with the public agency is prohibited.

The City of Leominster reserves the right to reject any or all Bids if it is in the public interest so to do.
