PVC Roof (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a
vendor to provide a PVC Roof located at JEA Facilities Kennedy Generating
Station (KGS) warehouse 4215 Talleyrand Ave Jacksonville, Florida 32206, as
described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best
method for JEA to procure the work with regards to pricing, quality, and workmanship.
