The purpose of this solicitation for Electrical General Contractor Services (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide general electrical maintenance, repair and services as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
