The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services ("DCAS") is issuing a solicitation to obtain bids for Custom Modular Steel Trash Enclosures (Multiple Types). This will be a 5-Year Requirements Contract ("RC"). The sponsoring Agency is the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation (" PARKS " ) .
