IFB - CSA Road Surface Repair Project

The County of San Benito is soliciting bids for the County Service Area Road Surface Repair Project. The project includes, but is not limited to, pavement spot repair of approximately 38,729 SF, crack sealing, placing of approximately 704,004 SF of slurry seal Type II, associated striping removal and replacement, refreshing of existing painted street markings, traffic control and installation of necessary environmental pollution prevention requirements on various streets in the County of San Benito.

San Benito County has a population of approximate 67,000 residents, inclusive of two incorporated cities, the City of Hollister, and the City of San Juan Bautista. Land area is 1396 square miles. The County is located 30 minutes east of Monterey Bay and 45 minutes south of San Jose, and is a General Law County that operates under a County Board of Supervisors, a County Administrative Officer, and elected and appointed Department Heads.
