IFB/CS/DOA/2608-1270017/Central PC Air Replacement - Phase 2 at H-JAIA

The Central PC Air Replacement ¿ Phase 2 project will replace and modernize the aging centralized pre-conditioned air systems serving Concourses B and E at the airport. The work includes replacing major mechanical equipment, upgrading distribution piping and controls, improving supporting electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and life-safety systems, and expanding the infrastructure to support current and future aircraft gate configurations. Construction will occur primarily during overnight hours within the Aircraft Operations Area (AOA) and will require extensive coordination with the Department of Aviation and airline stakeholders to minimize disruptions to airport operations.
