The City of Rock Hill, South Carolina ("City") is seeking a qualified contractor to provide industrial mold remediation, encapsulation, and moisture control services in a crawl space of the Emmett Scott Center gym. This project requires professional-grade equipment, proven cleaning methods, and long-term moisture mitigation systems.
